What is UV Curing?
UV curing uses high intensity ultraviolet lights to create a photochemical reaction to instantly cure adhesives, coatings, inks, varnishes, decorative glazes and lacquers. When the correct intensity of UV light is used, a chemical reaction occurs that produces a byproduct that hardens the resin.
Tesla Cure Services stocks all new UV Curing Systems for sale and provides after sales service and upgrades for all of Europe, Africa and the Middle East . Warranty and repairs, rebuilds and upgrades are performed at our European Service Centre in Ireland. UV lamps are usually dispatched back to the distributors or customers within 24 hours. Take a look at our new Hybrid UV Trolley Handheld Technology. This is the most compact, easy to use mobile/handheld UV lamp ever made. When using the lamp in trolley mode the lamp height is fully adjustable by using the quick release handle. The lamp can also be used in handheld mode quickly by releasing the quick release knob. Simply set your cure time and walk away, the lamp will automatically turn off after curing.
